Gearbox housing,cover and flange are made of die-cased alluminium alloys.These die-casted materials are de-burred,shot-peened,washed and surface treated to have anti-corrosion characteristics.
Worm Shaft:- Hardened and Ground(Material:- 21 NiCrMo2)
Worm Wheel: Phosporous bronze(Material:- Gz12SnCuNi/PB2(12thGrade) gives maximum Strength and efficiency and less noise

Worm gearbox for servo motor
For servo applications gearboxes are equipped with exclusively FAG/SKF/TIMKEN bearings which are 2RS/RS Shielded,which will also give double leakage protection with oil seal.
Input can be fitted with zero backlash couplings.
Good for high speed applications.

All steel alloyed (SS304) shaft for corrosive environment and (SS316) shaft for food grade application.
Anti-corrosion screw (SS316) stainless steel material bolt.
FDA compliant or Antimicrobial FKM , lo speed shaft oil seal with all stainless-steel wearing ring and springs.
FSH H1 registered and halal and kosher certified – SKF make LFFG 220 or LFFG 320 grade synthetic gear oils.
Special paint of polyvinlidene coating to resist corrosion effect from atmospheric oxidation, water jets, acids,alkalis,detergents and mortar.
Special paint coating to resist salt spray and humidity from 1400hrs or more. Dry film hardness 2H-4H.
